Growth initiative for the startup disrupting the £21bn Automotive Parts Industry by partnering with Vehicle Manufacturers to list their full inventories on a direct to consumer marketplace.
Ownership of sales funnel, conversion rate optimisation, acquisition channels (28k Adwords, 158k Fb fans, 260k URLs indexed, 10k Email list).
Developed the go to market strategy, brand amplification, responsible for all media assets, videos, ad creatives and brand messaging.
